About Me
I pride myself on cleaning to the highest standards using the best quality professional cleaning products and equipment. I am fully insured and DBS checked. I am happy to undertake all aspects of domestic cleaning, including deep cleans and end-of-tenancy cleaning.
Please Note:
I do not clean carpets or ovens. These jobs will be subcontracted.
Prices
Monthly or Bi Monthly Cleans: £195 / £215 from April 1st.
Deep Cleans: £300 day rate / £500 two day.
All prices include professional cleaning products, equipment, insurance, and other associated costs. Prices are not negotiable, and I do not offer price matching.
Deposit Policy:
All new clients must pay a 15% deposit of the agreed price on monthly club and 50% of any other clean. Cleans will not go ahead without a deposit. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the clean.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with any aspect of my work, please contact me within 24 hours of the clean. I will aim to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
If I cannot return to complete the clean, I will explore other means of resolution.
Please Note: Refunds are not provided.
Before I Start Cleaning
I will conduct a property visit to discuss your requirements and assess the work involved.
A detailed quote will be emailed, outlining the cleaning tasks and a fixed price.
Your booking will only be confirmed once:
I have met you in person and viewed the property. In exceptional circumstances I may allow a video tour to be received instead.
You have paid the deposit.
Important:
If your property includes natural stone or furnishings that require special care (e.g., avoiding acidic cleaners), please inform me prior to the clean. This ensures I can source the correct products and avoid damage.
On The Day
I will do my best to clean under/around large furniture but cannot move heavy or large items (e.g., wardrobes, sofas). If you wish these areas cleaned, please move the items beforehand.
Please ensure spaces are free of clutter (e.g., rubbish, toys, washing up) to allow efficient cleaning.
If I am borrowing your vacuum cleaner, ensure it is fully charged or in working order. If it fails during the clean, I may not be able to complete the job.
Bins will only be emptied if requested. Please provide bin bags and inform me beforehand to include this in my notes.
Blankets and beds will remain undisturbed unless requested otherwise.
Payment
Full payment is required on the day of the clean.
Early payments are welcome for convenience.
Monthly clients are able to set up a direct debit via GoCardless or request a payment link for each clean.
Late Payment Policy:
If payments are late three times, I will terminate my services.
Daily Late Fee: £5 per day after 24 hours for withheld or delayed payments.
Payment Methods:
Accepted methods: Payment links, bank transfer, direct debit or cash. Invoices are available upon request.
Cancellations
Notice Periods:
More than 48 hours: No charge.
Within 48 hours: 50% charge.
Within 24 hours: Full charge.
Deposits will be forfeited if a cancellation occurs.
If anyone in your household is too ill to attend work or school, please contact me ASAP to reschedule. No charges will apply for rearranged cleans.
Access Policy:
If I am unable to access the property within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the clean will be charged at full price. Properties for EOT cleans must be vacant and empty on the cleaning date. New tenants or occupants are not permitted to move in or enter the property while cleaning is in progress.
Biohazards & Hoarding
I do not handle cleans involving biohazards or hoarding. This includes:
Human or animal bodily fluids (e.g., urine, blood, feces, etc.).
Mold, fungus, needles, or sewage waste.
If I encounter these conditions upon arrival, I will leave the property and charge the full cleaning fee.
Infestations:
I am unable to clean properties with infestations (e.g., fleas, rodents, flies). If such conditions are discovered, the clean will not proceed, and the full amount will be charged.
Photos & Social Media
I may take ‘before and after’ photos or record short clips for advertisement purposes. No identifying details will be included. You may revoke consent at any time, and any related content will be removed promptly upon request.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is paramount. I will not disclose that I clean for you or discuss any details of my work with others.
Working Hours
Cleaning Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.
Availability for Messages: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Messages received after 6:00 PM will be answered the next business day.
I do not work weekends.
Holidays:
I try to take a holiday or some time off roughly every 3 months and will provide ample notice via email and my website. It’s important for my mental & physical health to have a break every now and again.
Bleach Policy
I do not use bleach under any circumstances due to insurance limitations and my commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. I exclusively use professional-grade, low-odor cleaning products to ensure effective results and a healthy environment.
Reasonable Expectations
As a solo cleaner, I take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. However, there are practical limitations to what can be achieved in a single day. Extensive or deeply ingrained issues may require additional time or sessions. Your understanding and cooperation in setting realistic expectations are greatly appreciated.
